How customers can request deletion of Travel Connecter account data, including Facebook login data.
Travel Connecter customers can request deletion of account data and social login data at any time. This page is provided for Facebook app review and for customers who want to remove information connected to their Travel Connecter account.
Send a deletion request through the contact page at /contact using the email address connected to your account. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include your full name, account email address, and mention whether the account was created using email, Google, or Facebook login. Do not send passwords or sensitive payment details.
If you used Facebook to sign in, Travel Connecter stores the information needed to identify your account, such as name, email address, and Facebook account identifier. After a verified deletion request, this social login connection will be removed or anonymized where legally possible.
We will review the request and complete deletion or anonymization within a reasonable period after verifying account ownership, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, accounting, dispute, or booking record obligations.
Deleted accounts may no longer access saved requests, AI chat history, wallet-related records, or booking support history. Some transaction or support records may be retained only where required by law or supplier/payment obligations.
Use one account for saved requests, AI assistance, booking actions, and future wallet features.
Use the 6 digit OTP to verify your email address before creating your password.
Password must be at least 8 characters and include letters and numbers.
We will send a one-time code to verify the account before changing the password.
Use the 6 digit OTP from your email to continue to password reset.
Choose a secure password with at least one letter and one number.
